Tracking number
1. After we process your order, the tracking number will then be send to your email
2. Order purchase through other platform (e-commerce) the tracking information can be seen directly in that site
Refund, Return, Exchange
1. All of purchased product cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged
2. In a case of the product received is broken/ defect, any claim can be submitted to our CS Whatsapp along with the video unpacking the product. Otherwise claim cannot be processed. In confirmed cases only we can offer refund/ return/ exchange with other products.
